​الاستشارات القانونية والالتزام:

أقدم استشاراتي القانونية بمهنية عالية، مقرونة بالأمانة، والبصيرة، والحرص على مصلحة العميل. أتفهم التردد المبدئي للبعض، وكما أختار بعناية فائقة من أتعامل معهم، أحتفظ بحق رفض أو إنهاء التعاقد مع أي طرف لأسباب مهنية أو شخصية تخص سلامة سير العمل.

​الاستقلالية والحياد:

أعمل بشكل مستقل ولا أرتبط بأي شكل من أشكال الشراكة أو التعاون المهني مع أي محامٍ/محامية، مستشار/مستشارة، مكتب محاماة، أو شركة سواء كانت محلية أو أجنبية. يقتصر نطاق عملي الخارجي على التمثيل النظامي والقانوني لعملائي أمام الجهات الرسمية فقط.

​قنوات الاتصال والتواصل مع العملاء:

يتم التواصل المباشر والشخصي معي من قبل العملاء الموكلين عبر مكتبي الخاص والقنوات الرسمية والموثوقة التي أخصصها لهذا الغرض، مع الالتزام التام بتطبيق أحدث التقنيات لضمان الخصوصية، وسرية المعلومات، وسرعة الاستجابة، والمهنية العالية.

​التحفظ والسرية المهنية:

لا يشارك أي موظف أو فني أو متعاون أو متدرب لدي في التواصل المباشر أو غير المباشر مع العملاء عبر أي وسيلة اتصال عامة أو خاصة. أمتنع بشكل مطلق عن استخدام المسوقين أو الشركات التسويقية للترويج لخدماتي، ويقتصر التعريف بأعمالي على مكتبي الخاص والجهات الرسمية الحكومية.

​التركيز على الجودة وتجنب النزاعات:

ألتزم بتطبيق مبدأ "لا ضرر ولا ضرار" في جميع تعاملاتي المهنية، وأحرص على الابتعاد عن النزاعات والصراعات المهنية والمنافسات غير الأخلاقية في المجال. يعتمد اتخاذ القرارات على الحكمة، والتحليل العميق، والرؤية الاستباقية لتجنب أي نتائج قد تضر بالعميل أو بسير العمل.

​النزاهة الشخصية والمهنية:

بناءً على خبرتي الممتدة في المجال، لم أواجه، ولن أواجه بإذن الله، أي مشكلات مهنية أو نظامية مع أي جهة أو فرد، وذلك بفضل الوعي العميق بمخاطر المجال القانوني وإدارة الأعمال والشراكات. أقدّر الوضوح والشفافية والنوايا الحسنة في العمل، وأتجنب التعامل مع أي طرف يظهر أي شكل من أشكال المكر أو سوء النية أو الظلم.

​التحفظ الاجتماعي والمهني:

لا أمتلك أو أستخدم أي حسابات على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي (مثل: X، فيسبوك، انستغرام، سناب شات، تيك توك، تيليغرام، لينكدإن، وغيرها). لا أعتمد على التقييمات أو التعليقات في تلك المنصات كمقياس للثقة المهنية، وأحافظ على خصوصيتي وخصوصية عملائي بشكل صارم.

Professional Integrity and Work Principles

Legal Consultation and Commitment I provide legal consultations with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, insight, and dedication to serving the client’s best interests. I understand the initial hesitation some may have, and just as I carefully select those I work with, I reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement for professional or personal reasons that may affect the integrity of the work.

Independence and Neutrality I operate independently and am not affiliated with, nor do I engage in, any form of partnership or professional collaboration with lawyers, consultants, law firms, or companies, whether local or international. My external practice is strictly limited to representing clients legally and formally before official authorities.

Client Communication Channels Direct and personal communication with clients is conducted exclusively through my private office and official, trusted channels designated for this purpose. I am fully committed to applying the latest technologies to ensure privacy, confidentiality, responsiveness, and the highest professional standards.

Confidentiality and Professional Reserve No employee, technician, collaborator, or trainee under my supervision participates in direct or indirect communication with clients through any public or private means. I categorically refrain from employing marketers or marketing companies to promote my services. My professional profile is presented solely through my private office and official government channels.

Focus on Quality and Conflict Avoidance I adhere to the principle of “No harm shall be inflicted or reciprocated” in all professional dealings. I strive to avoid disputes, professional conflicts, and unethical competition. My decision-making is guided by prudence, deep analysis, and foresight to proactively prevent outcomes that may harm the client or disrupt the workflow.

Personal and Professional Integrity With extensive experience in the field, I have not faced, nor will I face—by the will of God—any professional or legal issues with any entity or individual. This is due to my profound awareness of the risks inherent in the legal and business sectors. I value clarity, transparency, and good faith in all dealings, and I strictly avoid engaging with any party that demonstrates deceit, ill intent, or injustice.

Social and Professional Reserve I do not own or use accounts on social media platforms (such as X, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Telegram, LinkedIn, and others). I do not rely on ratings or comments on such platforms as a measure of professional credibility. I maintain strict privacy for myself and my clients.
